Our Doctors office seeking a highly motivated, friendly, reliable, out going team player who can multitask skillfully to manage the day to day flow of our busy practice.
Must have great phone etiquette and be customer service driven.
This person would ensure that the patients feel welcome in the office by correctly handling them from the first telephone contact. This is a very active job, standing, siting, squatting, and lifting.
Task consist of:
-scheduling appointments
-Answering phone calls
-collect payments
-filing paper charts/ finding charts
