Landscape Crew Member
Vicente Landscaping is seeking individuals who enjoy maintaining outdoor areas and working with their hands. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required Experience
Ability to perform landscaping-oriented tasks.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Experience
Previous Landscape experience.
Operate equipment (lawn mower, string trimmer, weed whip, blower, chainsaws etc.).
Principal Responsibilities
Trimming along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences, and other objects.
Pruning, and shaping of overgrown hedges, shrubs, low trees, etc.
Monitor and maintain the health of plants and flowers.
Cutting of grass by utilizing lawn mower.
Debris removal.
Raking of leaves, rock, and gravel paved areas.
Cleaning outdoor facilities by blowing leaves and other organic debris.
Installation of Trees, Plants, and shrubs.
Mulching of leaves and organic matter.
Drainage, irrigation, and sprinkler maintenance.
Maintaining structures such as fences and fountains.
Erosion maintenance.
Xeriscaping with a variety of rock.
Digging holes or trenches.
Operating a wheelbarrow.
Qualifications
Excellent gardening skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a safe manner.
Great communication skills.
Good driving record.
Works well in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative- works well with others.
Willingness to work overtime if deemed necessary.
