I'd like you to treat people honestly and give them the same advice you would give to your close family and friends and have the courage to tell them and when a repair doesn't make sense and that you’ll make recommendations for installs, providing the customer with a quote and some options that are best for them.
As a Plumber Service Technician:
You will perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
You will perform diagnostic repair service calls
You will address customer concerns and ensure effective and long-term solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
3+years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, water heaters, tankless water heaters, water filtration/treatment and gas lines.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
Basic computer skills
Ability to speak, read, and write clearly and understandably
Must have:
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Clear criminal background
Clean drug screen results
Reliable and punctual attendance
