Extremely fast-paced and well established Prescott law firm is in search of a full-time back office/bookkeeper. Our goal is to find a qualified long-term member to add to our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following work experience:
1. Two (2) years bookkeeping experience
2. Law office experience preferred (but not required)
3. Two (2) years office experience preferred (but not required)
A successful candidate will be:
1. Highly professional in both demeanor and appearance
2. Extremely organized and able to multitask
3. Patient and kind with strong interpersonal communication skills
4. Exceedingly adept in client relations
5. Willing to take on new challenges
The right candidate should possess the following skills:
1. Ability to handle multiple phone lines and calendars
2. Be experienced with Microsoft Office applications, including, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
3. Be willing and able to learn case management and other office systems
4. Strength in working as a team and as an individual
5. Familiarity with office equipment and technology

1. Regular working hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
