The Farmers® Insurance District Office for Yavapai County is seeking two interested buyers for agency ownership opportunities located in the Prescott area!

We currently have two Farmers Insurance agencies for sale in Yavapai County (one is 1,200 policies in force and the second is 1,500 policies).
Our agents in Yavapai and Mohave Counties work for themselves, set their own hours, determine their own income, and become respected leaders, all while taking care of the communities in their areas. The primary responsibility of being an Agency Owner is to drive and grow new business by building relationships as well as helping their clients protect themselves and loved ones through Farmers comprehensive portfolio of insurance solutions.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are talented, sales-mined, entrepreneurial business professionals that are interested in buying an agency with Farmers® Insurance!

Responsibilities of an Agent:
Present and explain company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon production targets on a deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications to become a Farmers® Acquisition Agent:
Previous experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or other related fields
Pass a Background Check
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Work well under pressure
Act proactively
AZ producer license in P/C/L/H is required (by acquisition date)
$50k in liquid assets
