I need a person to help me recruit insurance agents. Here is the add I run which tells my basic story.
I will supply you with thousands of prospects and a simple recruiting script. I pay a 50,00 flat fee for each recruit you gather up and cut you in on 50.00 commission for each sale made by your recruit. The new agents will typically make one of two sales per month, but this will build over time as he/she learns the business. I have been using low-cost offshore telemarketers and paying the flat fee only but I want to keep the job at home to help our economy get back on its feet
Paid daily via PayPal with no tax withheld until you reach IRS taxable income.
