Responsibilities:
G-Tube & Catheter Care
Medication Administration & MAR Reconciliation
Trach Care & Maintenance
Daily Head to Toe Assessments
Data Entry Post Appointments
Assisting in Transporting Members to Appointments & Appropriately Relaying Patients Medical Needs
Carrying Out Physicians Orders
Patient Care
Wound Care, when needed
Identifying Needs & Initiating New Orders with Physicians
Documentation with the use of an Electronic Medical Record
Responsible for Updating Patient Information & Accurate Record Keeping
Other duties as assigned
