We are looking for an Admin Assistant to assist with office operations.
Duties Include:
Filing documents (invoices, delivery receipts, etc.)
Data entry in Quickbooks and other applications
Customer service (taking messages, receiving calls)
Running errands occasionally
Maintaining office cleanliness
Skills/Knowledge:
Computer Proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF)
Quickbooks or other accounting program experience (not required)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational skills
