Local custom home building company seeks experienced construction coordinator. Duties include:
Perform design meeting follow up.
Obtain exterior color selections from client.
Create and submit color boards/binders for HOA approval.
Provide plans for color visualizer program.
Monitor HOA approval process.
Prepare submittal packages for City/County plan review and permitting.
Create estimate, bid, and selection templates.
Create distribution list and send out bid invitations.
Introduce and train clients on web-based program.
Coordinate client/vendor appointments if necessary.
Create bid books.
Create warranty books.
Answer phones.
