Fast paced collision repair front office looking for someone who enjoys working with the public and is good at multi-tasking. The Customer Service Rep (CSR) is the first and last point of contact with our customers. You will play an integral role in delivering the highest quality of service to everyone who contacts our shop and walks through our door. In this role you are responsible for checking in customers, their vehicles and for keeping the customer informed and updated during the repair process. Managing and organizing rentals, speaking to insurance companies on behalf of our customers and maintaining relations is a big part of this role. Managing the telephones is a priority; helping the customer as much as possible and then transferring calls, taking messages, and making outbound calls to customers and to our vendors. Assisting the Office Manager and supporting office staff.

You must have your Driver's License with a clean driving record and pass a drug screen prior to employment. Having knowledge of cars and a passion for the industry is a bonus but not a must. If you are a team player with a positive attitude, we are looking for you!
