POSITION SUMMARY:
Looking for individual for onsite management of commercial properties, including office, retail, residential and oversite of 2 single-family vacation rentals in the Sedona area.
ª ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:¬¬¬
The manager will need to conduct regular property inspections as part as of monitoring property's performance, health and safety, management execution and capital needs.
Management of day-to-day vendor performance.
Assist in negotiating, preparation, and maintenance of standard service contract.
Respond to tenant reports of maintenance and safety issues, including coordinating vendors and following through on necessary repairs or modifications to ensure properties and units are in safe usable condition.
Coordinate moves of tenants in and out of the building.
Report to management company.
ª QUALIFICATIONS:.¬¬¬
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Computer savvy, office and email
Must be physically able to inspect properties, some travel may be required in Western US
5-15 hours per week, 5 hour week onsite scheduled hours plus inspections as needed $35 hour
