Decision Point, LLC is a behavioral health organization with two facilities located in Prescott.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reports directly to the Director of Compliance and Administration and indirectly to Executive Director. Responsible for regular computer maintenance, maintaining network and servers, troubleshooting, new hardware and software installation, phone systems and operational support for all staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Support ongoing maintenance of computer equipment.

- Install, uninstall and relocate computer equipment and peripherals as needed.

- Maintain network infrastructure and servers.

- Assist with upgrading information security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems with high degree of proficiency to ensure project is completed within budget and on time.

- Ensure company is in compliance with all federal and state HIPAA regulations regarding program hardware/software.

- Communicate with vendors on warranty and repair issues.

- Remove computers with hardware problems to server room for repairs.

- Support routine PC hard disk imaging.

- Maintain and make secure backups of company data in case of data loss.

- Maintain and support Microsoft Active Directory Users and Domain Policy.

- Maintain and support VOIP systems.

- Maintain and support video surveillance systems.

- System support for all staff.

- Maintain both paper and online records of repairs and work completed.

- Generate name badges and appropriate documentation for all new staff.

- Work on other short-term projects as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

- High school diploma, GED or College transcripts.

- Must have 2 or more years' experience in field of Information Technology.

- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be open-minded, flexible and willing to take direction.

- Must have the capability of learning and researching newest updates on hardware/software systems.

- Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

- Must be able to work independently and take initiative in provide assistance.

- Must possess a high familiarity with computers, including experience using basic internet applications, troubleshooting network connectivity problems and installing network and printing hardware on all Windows operating systems.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Active Directory.

- Knowledge of Linux Servers.

- Knowledge of IP Security Cameras and Software.

- Not required but recommended: A+, Network+, Security+.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- Work environment may include exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

- May involve exposure to and handling of potentially bio-hazardous materials.

- Exposure to electrical systems and equipment.

- Employees with potential access to protected health information must comply with all procedures and guidelines

governed by HIPAA.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Must have reasonable ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk, hear, taste, smell, lift 60 lbs.

WORK HOURS:

- Full time, Exempt

- Required to work during normal administrative hours of operations and possibly on-call for certain situations /

emergencies.

- Will accrue PTO hours each pay period.

- Completed PTO requests required to be submitted to direct supervisor for approval prior to requested time off.
