The primary responsibility of being an Agency Owner is to drive and grow new business by building relationships as well as helping their clients protect themselves and loved ones through Farmers comprehensive portfolio of insurance solutions.

Responsibilities of an Agent:
Present and explain company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon production targets on a deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications to become a Farmers® Acquisition Agent:
Previous experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or other related fields
Pass a Background Check
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Work well under pressure
Act proactively
AZ producer license in P/C/L/H is required (by acquisition date)
$50k in liquid assets
