Job Position: Territory Manager
Personnel Safety Enterprises, one of Southwest's largest and most established safety companies, is seeking qualified candidates for our Prescott/Verde Valley Territory as a Territory Manager.
We are searching for a skilled, self- motivated individual that possess good communication skills, has a strong work ethic and thrives in a team atmosphere. Applicant must have a clean driving record and be familiar with the area.
Job entails selling of industrial first aid and safety supplies to established accounts throughout the territory. Along with providing excellent service to existing accounts, the territory manager is also responsible for the development of the area including acquiring new accounts and new products.
PSE will provide training, however the following is preferred:
⢠Experience in route sales
⢠Experience in selling to new accounts
⢠Experience in selling new products
⢠Strong computer skills
⢠Good communication skills
⢠Ability to work with decision makers
⢠Willingness to learn
⢠Creative ideas
Compensation package includes health insurance, 401K, paid holidays, paid vacations
Hours/week 40+ or as needed
Compensation is base and commission structure
