The ideal candidate will have shop experience and need to be rounded in all phases of cabinetry such as making cabinets, drawer boxes and pullouts, installation of door and drawer hardware, sanding and finish work.
Must have some knowledge in lacquer finishes and staining, spraying with high volume pressure or with pressure pot.
Requirements:
MUST have a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to read a tape measure
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
Must be able to turn constructive criticism into a positive learning experience and move forward.
Must be detail orientated, time efficient, self motivated, and have a good positive attitude.
Attention to safety.
Must be a team player.
Positive work ethic and attitude.
Ability to multi task.
Attention to details and scheduling. Be flexible.
Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds regularly
Must be drug free - will be using all tools of the trade
One year experience is preferred but not required, for the right person willing to train motivated craftsman.
