An MSSP is looking to bring on an additional Service Desk Engineer to their growing team. This role will be working extensively within the O365 Admin Center creating new users and running message traces. They will also work on Active Directory administration, and aiding incident response efforts by locking accounts and resetting passwords. Another exciting aspect to the role is you will get some exposure to the server side with VMware and will log into servers to add drive and disk space. Day to day the tickets will usually consist of about half being O365 or AD driven, and then the other half a mix of printing, virus remediation, internet connectivity, and VMware host troubleshooting.
