A major healthcare company is looking to hire a Lead Full Stack Java Developer to join their Digital Engineering team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a lead of this Scrum team, you will be responsible for numerous front-facing systems including retail ecommerce, email and messaging marketing, and flagship websites. Currently, they are working on the new development of their platforms as they transition from on-premise to public cloud, and monolith legacy systems to microservices.
To be successful in this role, you bring your Full Stack development background using Java and JavaScript, as well as your knowledge about public cloud platforms and experience designing APIs and working at the enterprise-level. They are looking for candidates with strong leadership qualities and the desire to learn new technology to constantly stay ahead of the curve. This is a contract-to-hire role and will start remote, with further remote flexibility at the start of September. Interested candidates must be able to work on a W2-basis (no C2C).
