Advanced Material PlannerJob Number: 295882Category: Production PlanningDescription: An Advanced Material Planner job in Scottsdale, AZ is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed scheduled, production plans and capacity plans. You will also create complex bills of material for large programs. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Due to the nature of the work performed in this facility, US citizenship is required.Advanced Material Planner Job duties: Subject matter expert in the production planning and material requirements tool and shares knowledge with others in the organization. Reviews work authorization documents and generates material program plans, coordinates kick-off meetings with functional departments to communicate program goals and objectives. May assist in detailed proposal analysis with program personnel and/or customer community as requested. Initiate, modify and maintain program schedules for outside vendors and in-house manufacturing as needed. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.Qualifications: Proficient ability to manage multiple programs. Effective risk management identification and implementation of risk reduction plan. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning Tool.
