The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the technical planning, implementation and testing of Ciox Health API solutions. This is a technical role that will require hands-on development experience with Java. The Implementation Engineer will work directly with requester entities/partners to successfully integrate these parties to our Digital Grid API solutions. The Implementation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the technical approval and success of our Digital Grid API solutions for large volume requesters of medical information from our providers and will engage directly with such requesters/partners to ensure a smooth implementation process. The Implementation Engineer will work closely with the client executives, business development and sales professionals within the organization.

What you will do
Support Ciox Health Business Development to successfully deploy Ciox Health's Digital Grid Engineered Solutions with our requester/channel partners
Work with our product, Healthsource, to understand the Digital Grid Engineered Solutions, functionality and availability
Responsible for technical analysis for implementation projects which includes review specifications with customers and documenting agreed upon solutions
Technical success of Digital Grid APIs deployed engineered solutions with requester/partner customers
Build JSON:API's
Manage time to complete tasks required to implement API according to timeline defined by project plan
Manage day to day responsibilities as well as communicate completion and changes of scheduled tasks
Anticipate and process logical workflow for all uncompleted tasks
Project manage the technical integration
Qualifications
What you need
Worked with API Management Platforms
Experience building JSON APIs
A consultant approach that allows you to work with clients and technology
Java development background
Must have prior experience with deployment and servicing of APIs and other software services
Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
Highly effective communication/presentation capabilities of an intangible service to varied levels of decision makers within a requester/partner customer from line managers to IT team leads
Strategic thinking & leadership skills
Must have the ability to make independent decisions
Must be self-motivated and possess excellent organizational skills
Understanding of how technical decisions impact the user of what you're building
College Degree, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals
