RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a GIN Developer in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Tasks:
GIN Developer will coordinate and communicate with vendor to request database refreshes, deployments, troubleshooting when an environment is down, and requesting environments to be restarted
Learn Private Client's Branch/Code Merge Strategy
GIN Developer will have understanding of Java and database knowledge to write simple queries
Coordination will be heavy up front and then taper off:
Relmgr to Dev 25/75
Relmgr to Dev 50/50
Relmgr to Dev 75/25
REQUIREMENTS:
Understanding of Git Versioning Control (Git Merge, Git Branch)
Understanding of how to merge previous versions of a release into future releases (something we call reimplementation)
Able to identify dependencies across teams working within same GIN folders (ex. Pod A is working on Personal Auto and so is Pod C; This role needs to communicate/coordinate across both Pods
Strong communication and coordination skills required
API experience is a plus
