Job Description
Provide dedicated and direct engagement with new De Novo leadership for implementing new MGA locations across the country
Work with PMO and corporate IT to align schedules and deliverables with accurate and reasonable timelines for success
Follow standardized processes, cost controls, and approved vendors for timely delivery of products and services
Manage hardware and service procurement and delivery across VAR partners and product lines
Manage onsite contractors for installation of hardware and services
Provide onsite assistance for final connectivity check and end-user satisfaction
Define and develop site specific knowledgebase documentation under supervision of the corporate technology team
Guide knowledge transfer and support transition to corporate technology team
Install and upgrade computer components and software, telephony, security, and networking equipment
Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively:

Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.

Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure systems such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google
Working knowledge of virtualization, HyperV, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
Experience with scripting and automation tools
A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
Available to travel approx. 25%
May be required to lift up to 50lbs during installs
Additional Information
The salaryrange for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annuallyBenefits:
