Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer Location: Scottsdale, AZ Duration: Fulltime or Long term contract
Responsibilities Looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will participate in the constant development, integration, and maintenance of our Salesforce environment. The Sr Salesforce Developer is a hands-on position responsible for systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of technical solutions within Salesforce and ancillary business applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience working within an agile development environment as well as standard project methodologies. The candidate will collaborate within the development team as well as with business analysts and business leads to design and develop solutions supporting the finance, operations, sales, customer service, call center, and construction business processes. The Senior Developer will: • Understand user stories to build and document technical requirements from which to develop • Familiarity with Agile Development processes • Be aware of opportunities to stabilize and enhance our CRM ecosystem • Maintain a clear history of code through the use of source control tools • Build scalable solutions and 'smart' code that can be reused in the future • Support Tier 1 & 2 support teams to resolve challenging escalated issues • Work with Architect to create (POC) solutions • Demonstrated deep technical knowledge with the following: o Visualforce, JavaScript, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs • Knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model for declarative functionality versus apex infrastructure. • Experience with Marketing Cloud including Journeys, integrations, data extensions and building email templates • Ability to effectively communicate with leaders across the organization to drive projects.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree. • Current Certification for Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I are required • Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce development including Apex and Visualforce • Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration • Minimum 4 years of experience with software development • Working knowledge of SOAP and REST data transmission protocols • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Gearset, Five9, strongly preferred
