UX Research informs all aspects of the product life cycle, from product strategy and problem definition to iteration and evaluation. As a UX Researcher, you will assist in several aspects of product development and design. You will work closely with Product to quickly develop prototypes and test them with real people. You will identify and shape product strategy and inspire cross-functional collaboration. You're someone who loves to help teams find patterns and unlock the insights that will lead to the next great product innovation. Ideally, you'll also help to establish our research, democratize research across the organization, and amplify the voice of our users across all departments within.

Job Details
Work closely with product and design teams to identify important research questions.
Design and execute studies that address user behaviors and attitudes, using the right methodology for the right questions.
Work with teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
Deliver insights clearly to shape how product teams think about product strategy.
Partner closely with marketing and data teams to develop a deeper understanding of our customers and surface opportunities to senior product leadership to inform the roadmap.
Act as a research thought leader and advocate for our customers.
Have 5+ years of working experience in user research related to digital experiences.
You have a: Bachelor's, Masters, or PhD in a human behavior related field (or equivalent/demonstrable work experience).
Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill the output of complex datasets.
Interest in and experience with hands-on primary and secondary research methods in UX Research.
Experience with designing, leading, and implementing UX Research projects at scale.
Knowledge and practical experience of using a variety of UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative), with a strong awareness of their merits and weaknesses.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Prototyping experience is a strong plus.
