Our Customer located in North Scottsdale is looking for a Senior Windows/RHEL Systems Administrator to augment their staff and provide 24 x 7 production support as well as M-F new build development systems The Customer's IT environment is growing and diversifying their Enterprise Grade Infrastructure and is looking for Senior Windows, RHEL, and Network Knowledgeable engineers to support 24 x 7 Application and Business Operations teams.

In your new role you will be performing break fix on Microsoft products, RHEL environments, assisting Developer(s), SQL DBA(s) and other Infrastructure Engineers with support issues from an OS and Application support perspective. You will also work with other application owners and support staff to resolve problems as well as assist with their day-to-day application and infrastructure production support requirements.

The right candidate must be able to;

• Create/Administer/Troubleshoot Active Directory and Group Policies in a mixed Windows environment
• Provide planning, coordination, and implementation for server installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Serves as the primary contact for critical and high impact server based outages and communicates the status of the outage to infrastructure management.
• Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels; provide performance statistics and reports.
• Provide planning, coordination, and implementation of server installations, upgrades, routine maintenance and vendor-supplied patches.
• Extensive troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills to assist in server support.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on call service and emergency onsite support if necessary.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate and log common tasks and processes. Skilled in development or re-engineering of systems and processes.

Technical Qualifications Required:

• RedHat Enterprise Level Experience (required) RHCSA Certification (but not mandatory)
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
• Extensive experience in Windows (multiple release levels)
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM 2007, 2012) preferred
• Expert knowledge in Active, DNS, OU design and management, AD Site design, Group Policy, AD security, AD certificate services, WINS, DHCP, DFS, FRS, AD troubleshooting, and AD recovery.
• Experience supporting MS applications such as, Active Directory Exchange
• Experience supporting RHEL v6 and newer
• Experience supporting Hypervisor environment
• Experience supporting VMware and vCenter
• Knowledge of CommVault Backup and Recovery Solution ia a plus
