A fintech company focused on B2B payment solution products is looking to add a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to their growing team. This engineer will be working closely with the DevOps and Application Development groups to ensure security and compliance implementations are capable of supporting thousands of users as they scale the new application. This individual should have a background in cloud security (AWS), compliance, and endpoint security. He will also act as the right hand to the VP.
Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience within the Cyber Security field
• Experience monitoring security of on-premise and cloud endpoints and networks
• Experience configuring EDR, IDS, FIM, WAFs and network firewalls
• Ability to craft and administer application, incident response and infrastructure security training across the engineering team
• Current on new vulnerability and threats that apply to both applications and infrastructure
• Ability to address vulnerabilities detected by static code analysis of infrastructure
• Knowledge and experience with AWS IAM, KMS, ACM, S3 buckets, ACLS, SSO, SCP policies, CloudTrail, GuardDuty and Security hub
• Experience with infrastructure as code deployments via Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK
• AWS SDK and scripting capabilities with Python and JavaScript
• Experience with SIEM configuration, monitoring and alerting using the ELK stack or similar products
• FIM deployment and alerting for Linux servers using AIDE or similar products
• Experience with Cisco Meraki Security Appliance and Access Points Configurations

Desired Skills & Experience

• Vendor agnostic certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) a plus
• Offensive security certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSEP, OSCE) a plus
• Any AWS security certification would be a plus
• Familiarity with PCI and SOC compliance frameworks

• Salary up to $220,000 base, depending on experience
