Job Title: Ruby on Rails developer Location: Scottsdale, Arizona Duration: Long term contract Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience working within the RoR development environment.
Familiarity with Ruby 1.8.7 and Rails 1.2.
Desire for learning and working with various technical stacks that transfer to various projects.
Exceptional front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, Object-Oriented JavaScript, and JSON
Experience with JavaScript/AngularJS testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Protractor Preferred Qualification and Requirements of the Position:
Familiarity with Agile software delivery; acceptance test driven development and/or test-driven development preferred.
Understanding of UX principles and ability to participate in design discussion.
Strong problem-solving skills with balanced interaction and visual design skills
Clear written and verbal communications skills (English)
