Vim Residential Management is seeking a Part Time Apartment Maintenance Person. The Maintenance Person must be proficient in all areas of maintenance, including landscaping, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC and unit turns. We require that you be available for after hour emergency calls, have a dependable vehicle for travel between properties with a valid drivers license and insurance.
