Clean Driving Record (Less than 2 infractions in a 32month period)
No Drug/Sex Charges
Use company vehicle to transport people to and from the Dr.
Must be able to get to the Heber office location every time you have a shift (vehicles don't go home with driver)
Pay is $11.00 an hour to start (we do not pay for your ride to and from work)
Wait time not included.
