I have 2 rare openings in my schedule which runs Monday - Friday. The openings I have are 7 am - 9:30 am and 12:30 - 3pm. I may also be available 2 nights per week . ** Other times after 3 may be possible. As of this writing, my wknds are booked. Emergency situation's may also be able to be accommodated.
***30 years experience. Many excellent and verifiable references. Alzheimer's and dementia patients welcomed.

I possess Nursing Assistant certification ( Since 1993 ) CPR and First aid certification. Complete background check and clearance (card) Article 9 certification ( Developmental disabilities rights) TB- Negative. AZ State DES, DDD licensing ( since 2000 ) and many other certifications.
