Position Available: General Laborer
Mountain Vista Communities, the Fort Huachuca housing management company, is looking for a dependable individual to fill a temporary full-time position as a General Laborer. This is a temporary full-time position, Monday-Friday on Fort Huachuca at $12/hr.
Job Description:
Responsible for assisting Maintenance Office with general labor such as: housekeeping, painting, groundskeeping and general maintenance repairs.
Required Qualifications:
One-year experience or training as general laborer with knowledge in any or all of the following: groundskeeping, painting, housekeeping, or floor work (stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, etc.)
Must be able to read and write legibly to complete required maintenance reports and requests, review manuals and operating instructions, read cautionary labels, and respond to written instruction from staff and residents.
Ability to present a professional appearance
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass drug and background check
