Basic functions and duties
-Responsibilities include but not limited to removing old well systems (deep well line shaft turbines, submersible deep well pumps, etc.¦) installing new well systems and troubleshooting/servicing existing well systems and associated equipment (electrical controls, valves, electric motors, and meters). Daily loading of job materials, operating equipment, driving with and pulling trailers. Duties such as maintaining required stock of pumps, parts, fittings, pipe and related material on the service truck. Candidate is to operate a variety of equipment and hand and power tools as needed to construct, repair, and maintain any equipment. Must maintain and care for all equipment and tools in his/her care and use. Perform cleaning, lubricating of tools as required.
Pay/Benefits
-The full-time positions will be compensated twice a month based on experience with the opportunity for a pay raise within weeks of hire date. No experience is required but much preferred. We are willing to provide in field training for this full-time year-round position but the right person must provide motivation and a willingness to learn. 401K and profit-sharing benefits available after a 6-month evaluation.
Requirements
-Candidates are required to pass a full drug test before beginning employment and random drug screenings. There is an absolute ZERO drug policy.
Candidates must also:
Provide a current valid drivers license.
Regularly lift and/or move more than 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move in excess of 100 pounds.
Perform duties in a professional manner and work well with others or in a team setting as well as maintaining cooperative working relationships with co-workers, customers, and the public.
Observe safe work practices and safety methods; performs other duties as assigned. Familiar with online (phone app) job scheduling.
