Kforce is in search of an IT project coordinator in the Phoenix, AZ area to assist our client on an upcoming PC refresh project. This is a 2-month contract position that will start on October 7th, 2019. This is a remote position, during standard hours, M-5 7:30am to 5pm. The candidate must live in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. This is a PC refresh project where we will have teams of technicians installing hardware and software at customer job sites in Arizona. The project coordinator coordinates site teams, provides centralized technical support, collects, confirms, and collates data. Has QA and reporting responsibilities. Keeps in contact with all team members to verify location check in and checkout times. Enters all reporting data into our live reporting system, which provides up-to-date reporting to the customer and our team members. This reporting data includes all issue reporting as well as deployment status reporting. Updates the Customers Project Manager with written reports and documentation as needed. Works with and updates the Customer's Desktop Supervisor.
Must have a High School diploma or GED / equivalent education
Certifications are a plus, but not required
Must have experience providing project coordination in a professional IT environment
Must have 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel
