Sr. Manager – IT Asset Management
In this role, the Sr. Manager of IT Asset Management (ITAM) will be responsible for the driving ITAM program Governance and Management of technology assets, which includes risk mitigation, monitoring, compliancy, value, and life cycle management of technology assets.
The Manager of IT Asset Management (ITAM – HAM/SAM) will:

  • Creation of Governance and Compliancy Program in remediating risks associated with Technology Assets
  • Providing strategic, multi-year roadmap planning, and budget planning using industry best practices
  • Monitoring deployed assets to ensure that only authorized assets are deployed
  • Ensure that appropriate resources (people, tools, services) and processes are in place to gather and analyze data relating to technology asset life cycles and related processes
  • Develop and Report on remediation of digital technology asset-related risks and progress of optimization activity
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting and that data completeness and quality issues are quickly identified and escalated to the responsible Data or Process Owners
  • Gather data on and provide analysis of all activities that have an impact on the value, cost and risk of digital technology asset life cycles
  • Provide Technology/Security/Procurement/Risk and Finance with the data to support the analysis of digital technology assets
  • Assign responsibilities for sub-disciplines, such as software asset management (SAM), hardware asset management (HAM) and IT asset disposition (ITAD)
  • Ensure that ITAM-related tools and services are properly evaluated, selected, implemented, configured and maintained, with appropriate integration with other sources of organizational data
  • Supervise the organization’s response to software vendor license compliance audits or license validation requests
  • Provide access to technology asset data in support of essential activities required to support the effective running of the business
  • Manage the everyday functions of the core IT Asset Management team
  • Handle other duties, as needed


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in a Technical Multi-discipline Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, and/or other related IT / Health field
  • Proficiency in process formulation and improvement
  • Solid analytical, data processing, and problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
