As one of our Finance Assistant, you will be assisting our Finance Team to be more efficient by ensuring documents and paperwork is ready to go to our lenders. You will also work with salespeople and customers to obtain the documents and other paperwork need to complete the deal processing.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A FINANCE ASSISTANT AT PREMIER, YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO:
Be fluent in English
Review vehicle loan documents for compliance, accuracy and completeness
Communicate with lenders to facilitate loan funding and meet established department deadlines
Be proficient in math and basic accounting
Possess some knowledge of Arizona title law and registration processing
Work with sales staff to gather and submit all loan documentation on time
Prepare and package all loan documentation on time
Possess good communication skills
Be able to quickly learn and use dealer management software
Be able to use email efficiently and compose well-written emails
Have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Enjoy working in fast paced environment with time-pressure deadlines
Maintain ethical behavior in all situations and decisions
Practice strict legal compliance throughout all loan document processing
Present a professional appearance
Possess a valid drivers license
Willing to submit to drug screening and a background check
Our F&I Assistants must perform their all of their work with the highest degree of integrity.
This is a full-time position. You must be able to work Saturdays.
