We are currently hiring for a part time in house bookkeeper with accounting knowledge, clerical duties required.
Must have experience on Mac computers as well as full knowledge of Quickbooks.
Must have bookkeeping experience, duties include;
Payroll
Accounts Receivable/Payable
General Journal Entries
Knowledge of Chart of Accounts
Financial Reports; General Ledger
Responsible for maintaining books and client relations with clients they are assigned
Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet
Keep track of client assets.
Generate 1099's and W-2's.
Prepare monthly TPTs for clients.
Provide general support to clients and backup to front office
Performs other duties as assigned by office manager or company owner.
