We're hiring a part-time detail-oriented, organized, bookkeeper/office manager for a small real estate office & commercial property management firm.
Start Date: ASAP
Flexible hours:
15-20/week
Requirements:
⢠3+ years of experience in bookkeeping/office management
⢠Proficient in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular)
⢠You have excellent customer service skills 'friendly, patient, attentive'
⢠You are detail-oriented and very organized
⢠You work well independently
⢠You have a strong ability to communicate effectively
You can expect to:
⢠Reconcile banking accounts
⢠Pay bills
⢠Create income statements
⢠Update property listings
⢠Record rents
⢠Invoice tenants
⢠Other miscellaneous real estate activity
Compensation depending upon experience.
