Community Manager
We are a leading property management company looking to fill open Community Leasing
Managers Positions.
Tasks that managers perform are varied and include:
â Converse pleasantly on the phone.
â Be proactive in filling vacancies.
â Show vacant units to potential tenants.
â Maintain properly groomed and appropriate appearance.
â Coordinate with maintenance staff when needed
â Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits
â Prepare financial reports for property.
â Maintain records of rental activity, maintenance and operating costs.
The knowledge, skills, and abilities of a manager are similarly varied and include:
â Ability to operate basic office equipment
â Ability to speak, read, and write English to be understood clearly
â Ability to work well with others
â Ability to drive a motor vehicle
â Skilled in time management
You do not need to have experience in every area mentioned above, if we see that you are personable, and eager to learn, training will be provided. Current positions are available in the Tucson area. Bi-lingual would be a plus.
