Our company is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Apartment Manager. The Apartment Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties for 100 apartment units. Tasks include maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases and securing premises.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance.
Accomplish monthly financial goals.
Update job and market knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
3 years experience in Apartment Management.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Enhanced negotiation abilities.
Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
