Looking for a high energy, very organized, fast pace individual.
Responsible for scheduling orders and deliveries for 40 drivers daily, answering phone calls and working direct with customers. Knowledge in Sand, Gravel, Asphalt and Dump Trucks is a plus but not required we will train.
Must have great customer relations.
This is a very nice 4 person office, in a new building.
We will train the right person that wants to learn.
Start time is 7 am, finish time is between 4:30 and 5:00.
This is full time with Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities
* Answers customer and driver calls in a timely and professional manner.
* Enters order data into computer system.
* Schedules and tracks orders and deliveries. Prepares daily schedule for next-day deliveries outlining
equipment, personnel, and material needed.
* Maintains working knowledge of city streets and surrounding areas to assist drivers in locating
specific job sites.
* Assists customers in determining the proper product, proper amount, and proper price.
* Maintains good customer relations.
