Randstad is currently seeking independent, customer focused, technically driven individuals for our client in South Tucson! The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast paced, inbound call, customer focused contact center environment, assisting residential customers with their garage door systems. There will be a 3 week training class beginning on May 15th to prepare you with the knowledge you need to be successful. If you have contact center, technical support or customer service experience of 2 years or more, Randstad can put you on the path to a rewarding career with this client!Responsibilities:Answering high volume inbound callsTechnical support and trouble shootingIntermediate to advanced customer serviceWorking hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMSkills:Minimum qualifications:2 years experience or more at one contact centerOR1 year consecutively of technical support/ help desk experienceAND1 year consecutively of customer service experienceEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:Ability to pass a drug and criminal background checkAbility to provide proof of a high school educationAbility to provide two professional references (former managers or supervisors) who can confirm job attendance and performance This is a 90 day temp to hire opportunity starting on 5/15/19.
