Staff Matters is currently hiring for Customer Care Representative Contractors for positions at Tucson Electric Power's inbound Call Center (Please reply with resume if interested).

Training will be starting in late June and last 4 weeks. Training will either be at the downtown location or Irvington and Alvernon. Monday-Friday, either 7am-4am or 8am-4:30pm.

Must attend every day of training or else you will not progress to next stage.

Hours go down to 30 a week after training (possibility going back up to 40 hours). Excellent opportunity be a long term position with chance of becoming a core employee!

Hours of operation after training will be between the hours of 7am-6pm. Need to be able to work anytime, between those hours.

Looking for candidates with prior customer service skills (previous call center or collections experience preferred) a positive attitude and great work ethic. Attendance/timeliness are key! If you are someone that can't be on time or at work consistently, this will not be the job for you.

Bilingual is not required but preferred!

Must have Great Customer Service Skills, ability to handle phones, basic math skills, and ability to navigate different software programs. Will be taking 2 pre-screen tests (Call Center Scenarios and Math)

Must have prior customer service skills

Ability to handle incoming calls

Ability to work flexible schedules

Ability to work with a positive attitude

Ability to demonstrate general data entry and clerical skills

Dependable transportation and High School diploma required

Must be able to be able to pass a 7 year background check along with a 9 panel drug screen
