Part time position for a small but fast growing tech company looking for a Tech Support Rep who is good on the phone with great problem solving skills and patience.
Hours will be 20 per week, M-F and the times are TBD. The software you will be dealing with is sold to certain high security industries so the ability to pass an FBI background check is a must.
The main priority for the position would be dealing with incoming technical support issues/questions. In between calls, the employee would be assisting with testing the software which is iOS based so a strong understanding of Apple's operating system is a must as well.
