Paulo Freire Freedom School -University, a progressive middle school on University Ave. near the University of Arizona, is hiring a part-time Spanish language and culture teacher. Hours are Monday 11:15 - 12:45, Wednesday 11:15 - 1:15, Thursday 11:15 - 12:45, and Friday 11:15 - 1:30. Pay is $30/hr. Teaching experience is preferred. Candidates must enjoy working with middle school students, have an interest in social justice, be open to creating engaging project-based lessons, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.
