Civil Engineering Designer
Presidio Engineering, a small well known Land Development Engineering Firm, is seeking a qualified, full-time Civil Engineering Designer with extensive land development experience. Survey background a plus.
Desired skills and qualifications include, but may not be limited to:
- Commercial and residential civil site work.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Be a quality team player.
The Civil Designerâs duties will include:
- Lot layout and Site Plan design/setup.
- Preliminary and Final Plat setup.
- Site grading (mass and final) design.
- Roadway design including signing and striping.
- Public/Private water and sewer extension design.
- Interaction with agency reviewers and field personnel.
- Coordination with other team members.
