Bates Paving and Sealing, Inc. a locally owned asphalt & maintenance company, has a position open for an estimator/project manager with knowledge of parking lots, road construction including pulverizing, milling, grading, paving and repairs. Good communication skills both on the phone and in person with existing and prospective clients such as, Property Managers, HOA Boards, Business Owners and Contractors with the ability of follow-up with clients. Scope of work: Perform field measurements, follow provided scope of work or determine necessary scope of work. Experience with Excel and perform take-offs. We offer health and dental, paid holidays, vacation and 401K plan. Arizona Driver’s License required. Company will provide vehicle and phone. Pay starting at $50,000 plus based on experience.
