Asphalt and Maintenance Company, Locally Owned in Business 33 years
Seeking Estimator/Sales Person with knowledge of parking lot, road reconstruction and pavement maintenance. Includes pulverizing, milling, grading, paving, patching and sealcoating.
Self-motivated with good communication skills to deal directly with existing and new customers including property managers, home owner's association, business owners, apartments and contractors. Ability to follow-up with clients and retain and build long term relationships.
Scope of work: Perform field measurements and determine necessary scope of work and experience with Excel. A plus if you can perform take offs, but not necessary. Respond in an appropriate time frame to customers, respond to questions, concerns and follow-ups.
Minimum of 5 years Asphalt Estimating/Sales experience preferred or sales in similar trades unless you have worked in the asphalt field for 10 years. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Driver's license required.
Salary is negotiable based on experience. Health and Dental, 401K, Vacation, paid Holidays, and company vehicle.
