1. Must be able to work in my office approx. 20 +/- hours a week or more as needed (this is a part time position)
2. Hours could fluctuate depending on project load / Schedule should be flexible
3. Must be familiar with architectural drawing practices.
4. Must be highly experienced with cad and commercial construction documents.
5. Excellent cad speed is required.
6. Excel proficiency required
7. Rendering skills a plus: please provide information regarding your experience level.
8. Having your own registered cad program a plus for remote.
9. ACTUAL EXPERIENCE IN PUTTING TOGETHER DRAWING PACKAGES REQUIRED
