DescriptionAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper is available through Accountemps. This Bookkeeper position would be a great fit for someone with prior A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting experience. This short-term temporary position is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper who wants to work in the Tucson, Arizona area.Major responsibilities
Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
Look after archived records by categorizing documents
Appease accounts by balancing entries
Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Conduct and manage the general ledger
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of Sage Intacct
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Experience using accounting software
