DescriptionLocal group in search of a Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant. This company is going through a computer conversion and seeking an individual that can take the lead on that transition, see it to the end, assist with employee training and have oversight of the software once it is implemented. After the conversion, this position not only assist with moth end close but also complex analysis of financial information for the Accounting and Finance leadership team. This position will also be involved with cash-flow analysis. This organization offers outstanding benefits along with excellent 401K match. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of fund accounting along with excellent organizational skills, computer skills along with excellent communication skills. Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
Skilled in the construction and delivery of effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds

Solid understanding of Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience recommended)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus
Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system
