The University of Arizona, Recruitment and Outreach team, is seeking a committed and experienced information technology leader who will quickly become a vital resource and trusted problem solver.
As a Systems Administration Manager (Systems Administration Manager II) you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to Human Resources (HR) leadership related to technology solutions supporting the talent acquisition function and serve as the senior system administrator for the institution's Cornerstone OnDemand applicant tracking software. You will oversee applicant data management and delivery, lead technology deployments supporting the recruitment function, and supervise a team of two IT Business Analysts.
Given this role’s unique and broad portfolio, we need a professional who enjoys a variety of work areas across the IT function. While you will not be required to create code or design a program, you will need to be able to communicate with programmers, developers, and software representatives. This role requires an individual with strong technical and business acumen, and the ability to facilitate communication amongst IT and HR professionals.
